A shared destiny, aimed at fighting the scourge of poverty and driving Namibia towards prosperity. It is a destiny that has produced men and women for the hour. We can say with absolute certainty that because of these men and women, present here today, we have delivered on yet another promise. It is another step forward, another conquest of a frontier in the war against poverty.
